William Lee "Bill" Constable was born on October 14, 1931 at Cooperstown, Venango Co., Pennsylvania.2,3 He married Peggy Ann Walter, daughter of Donald Elwood/Eldwood Walter and Gertrude Genevieve Allio, in November, 1951 at Clarion Co., Pennsylvania.1,2,4 William Lee "Bill" Constable died on April 18, 2013 at Tempe, Maricopa Co., Arizona, at age 81.2 He Constable, William "Bill" Lee, 81, of Tempe, Arizona passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on the morning of April 18, 2013. He was a devoted husband to his beloved wife Peggy of 61 years and a devoted father to 4 wonderful daughters. He is survived by his daughters Cathy Williams (Bruce), Barbara Brown (Mark), Dawn Wetherbee (Dan), and Trudy van der Knoop (Ben). He is also survived by 2 generations of grandchildren: Matt, Chad, Jason, Aynsley, Chelsea, Jeffrey, Nicolaas, and Abby, and great grandchildren, Payne, Koel, Riley, Adyn, Cy, Cooper and Preslee Rose. He is preceded in death by his sister Marjorie, brother Richard and his grandson Eric. Bill was born in Cooperstown, Pa in 1931. Bill served his country as a Navy Corpsman on the USS Auburn during the Korean War. In 1976, Bill founded Winslow Campus of Care to devote his life and business skills to the elderly and frail of Northern Arizona. He employed with great respect those who worked tirelessly to care for "his" residents. He served as Vice President of the Arizona Health Care Association Board of Directors and generously supported the AHCA Foundation through an annual Constable Family Scholarship Fund. Bill was an active member of Grace Community Church, and a member of the Free Masons Bill led a rich and full life, devoting himself to his country in service, his family in love, and his community in business and service. Our family would like to express special thanks to Fresenius Dialysis, Sherman House and Ms. Dawn Rist for the extraordinary care and compassion shown to Bill during his final journey. on April 20, 2013.2

Elaine Morrison Elaine Morrison Shakley, 95, was born in Boswell, Pennsylvania, to John and Beatrice Morrison. She graduated from Heidelberg College with a degree in Music and a Master of Arts from Case Western University in Cleveland, Ohio. She was married to Glenn Shakley in 1943 and they were married for 50 years before his passing in 1993. She was an accomplished musician for over 50 years in Cleveland, Ohio, teaching music in the Cleveland Heights and Chagrin Falls School Systems. She started the string program in the Chagrin Falls School System starting with violin and adding viola, cello and bass. She was the first educational television teacher in the City of Cleveland, with her program Songs, Sounds and Symbols. Her first guest was Henry Mancini. She was an adjunct faculty member at Cleveland State University for over 38 years and was organist at the Federated Church of Chagrin Falls for 28 years, and then the Chagrin Falls United Methodist Church for 13 years. She received the Martha Holden Jennings award for excellence and used the grant to study educational television around the world. Research was completed in North and South America, Asia, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. She was the first recipient of the Alumni Excellence Award from Heidelberg College and is listed in Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in the World. She was a past president of the American Guild of Organists, Mu Phi Epsilon, Cleveland Piano Teachers Association, Cleveland Two Piano Club and an active member of Cleveland Fortnightly Club. She is survived by three daughters - Susan Lippert (Tim) Portland, Maine, Bonnie Maitlen (Gary) Portland, Indiana, and Pamela Van Siclen (The Rev. John) Newcastle, Maine. She is survived by a sister, Rachel Jones (Milton) Boulder, Colorado and was preceded in death by sister, Maythorne Winterkorn. She has six grandsons and eight great-grandchildren.2 She was buried at Knox Union Cemetery, Knox Township, Clarion Co., Pennsylvania.3 She was born on December 23, 1922 at Boswell, Somerset Co., Pennsylvania.2,3 As of June 12, 1943,her married name was Shakley.1 She married Glenn Huling "Dewey" Shakley, son of Fred David Shakley and Genevieve Velma Hulings, on June 12, 1943 at Rochester, Monroe Co., New York.1,2 Elaine Morrison died on December 3, 2017 at Portland, Jay Co., Indiana, at age 94.3

Scott Anthony Kline was buried at Saint Mary's Cemetery, Crown, Clarion Co., Pennsylvania.3,2 He Scott Anthony Kline, 54, of Seven Valleys, passed away Wednesday evening, March 27, 2019, at Hospice and Community Care of Mount Joy after his courageous battle with cancer. Born April 23, 1964, in Oil City, he was the son of the late Donald J. and M. Elaine Rathfon Kline. Scott married his high school sweetheart, the former Anna M. Beichner, on Jan. 11, 1985, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Fryburg with Father Edward Stutz officiating. They were married 34 years. Scott served in the United States Coast Guard for over 20 years, retiring as a Chief Storekeeper. Duty assignments included CG CPRO Governors Island, USCGC VIGILANT, CG Group Southwest Harbor, CG LORAN Station Seneca, CG Group Sandy Hook, CG ESU Cleveland and CG ELC Baltimore. His military decorations include the Coast Guard Commendation Medal, Coast Guard Achievement Medal, Commandant’s Letters of Commendation along with various other personal and team awards. Following his active duty service, Scott continued to work as a Supply Systems Analyst at the Coast Guard at Surface Forces Logistics Center in Baltimore, Maryland for over 14 years. Scott was a lifelong hunter and fisherman who shared his love of the outdoors with his family and friends. He spent as much time as he could in the woods, shooting his bow, at the skeet range or by a roaring campfire making memories. He never sat still for long. Scott is survived by two sons: CPO Tyler J. Kline and his wife, Whitney, of Hanscom AFB, stationed at Coast Guard Base Boston, Massachusetts and Mitchell A. Kline of Seven Valleys, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by three grandchildren: Kane, Kolton, and Emma. In addition, he is survived by three brothers, Perry Kline and his wife Jenny of Lickingville, Shawn Kline and his wife Tami of Leeper, and Todd Kline and his wife Amy of Clarion; and a sister, Stacie Kaye and her husband Matt of Leeper. A graveside service will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Monday, April 1 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Crown with the Rev. Christopher Barnes, pastor, as celebrant.2 He was born on April 23, 1964 at Oil City, Venango Co., Pennsylvania.2,3 He married Anna M. Beichner on January 11, 1985 at Fryburg, Clarion Co., Pennsylvania.2 Scott Anthony Kline died on March 27, 2019 at Mount Joy, Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania, at age 54.2,3
