He preceded her in death on July 19, 2001. Helen was a school teacher in the area for many years. She attended Central Missouri State University and graduated from Northwest Missouri State. Helen was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bethany and the Sunlight Chapter 247 Order of Eastern Star. Survivors include a Daughter, Kay (Kent) Holcomb, Albany, MO; Son, Jerry (Barbara) Courter, Gladstone, MO; Granddaughters, Kerra (Rob) Bowers, Richmond, MO, Sara Courter, Gladstone, MO, Colleen Courter, Kansas City, MO; Grandson, Korby (Angie) Holcomb, Lynchburg, TN; Great-Grandchildren, Colby, Brock, McCauley Bowers and Zachary and Taylor Holcomb and many Nieces and Nephews. She also was preceded in death by her parents; 9 brothers, Levi, Claude, Troy, Rufus, Arch, Benjamin, Wilbur, Lawrence and Marvin; 4 sisters, Mina Premer, Opal Flint Overton, Della Prindle and Pearl Holley. Pallbearers will be Frank Den-choff, Splro Angeloff, Steve Rossof, Con Stevens, William Daneff and Alec Evanoff. Rev. H. H. Longenecker will officiate. Burial will be in Riverview cemetery. Mr. Jimson was born at Agar, Bulgaria on Christmas day, December 25, 1894. He was an orphan, a fellow countryman said, coming to this country in 1914. He had worked around Hamilton as a gardener for several years. on December 21, 1937.3
