Mark attended school in Prairie City, OR, Baker City, OR, and Payette, ID. He served in the National Guard between 1984-1989 as a CAV Scout. He graduated from Idaho State University in 2001 earning his degree as an Auto Mechanic Technician. Mark and Marci met in Baker City, OR in 1987 while both working at Marvin Wood's on the long belt. They finally married in August 2003 in Pocatello, ID where they had lived for 20 years. Mark enjoyed logging for different outfits in Oregon, including for his friend, Pat Browning out of Unity. From 2009-2014 he owned his own Taxi company in Pocatello, ID. Last year, he and Marci moved to Dickinson, ND so he could work in the oil fields for MBI Enterprises. His passions included motocross, where he won many awards and earned sponsors, scuba diving, and especially hunting and fishing with his son Christopher and good friend Chuck Wagner, Jim Butler, as well as other good buddies along the way. His greatest joy seemed to come from his grandchildren who adored their grandpa very much. He never failed to let us know how much he loved us. We are comforted in knowing that he is in heaven with our loved ones, probably fishing with his Dad and Grandpas and his dog Jessie by his side. on February 7, 2021.1

She was a very creative and talented person who enjoyed traveling, crocheting, making jewelry, and working in her garden. Shirley won numerous awards with her unique floral designs. Working with her hands was her passion. Shirley is survived by daughter Vicki Frank and her husband Ronald of Wyoming; and daughter Debbie Cosgrove of Illinois; She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren, Lisa Frank, April Frank, Justin Goldstine, and Traci Goldstine. She was predeceased by her son, William Herndon, on May 25, 1993. on February 16, 2011.3
