Vernon, Ill., and Lisa GayAnn Adams and husband Gary of Metropolis, Ill; one sister-in-law, Alma Lou Souders of Brookport, Ill; five grandchildren, Lori Bunting and husband Blue, Amanda Box, Lindsey Barnes, Ryan Adams, and James D. Jones; six great-grandchildren, Alexis Mitchell, Gavin Bunting, Isaac Bunting, Asher Bunting, Hunter Box, and Paige Box. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Charles (EC) and Blanche (Brown) Souders; her husband, Noel D. Barnes; one son-in-law, Jimmy Jones; four sisters, Margaret O'Brien, Stella Elam, Mary Castleman, and Dorothea Jackson; five brothers, William Souders, Edward Souders, Oron Souders, Melvin Souders, and Joe Souders; and several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Brookport, Ill., a nursing home volunteer, and a proud Brookport Alumni. She will be missed by her Energy Fitness Family and her Domino Girls, Ruth Corn, Marge Cox, Alma Lou Souders, and Rosemary Hohman.
