A complete story appeared in The Sunday Capital. Taylor was born Sept. 14, 1995, to Donald David and Kimberly A. Waltman of Pasadena, and was an eighth-grader at Chesapeake Bay Middle School. She was a member of Galilee Lutheran Church, where she attended Sunday School, played with the Church Mountain Road Soccer League and volunteered for Vacation Bible School. She enjoyed playing soccer, spending time with her friends, shopping, camping, crabbing, swimming and her dog. She was a Ravens fan and loved the color pink. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Judith A. and Stanley J. "Ben" Binkowski. Survivors include one sister, Shelby A. Waltman of Pasadena; her grandparents, Delores Ann and Donald Joseph Waltman Jr. of Severna Park; and her great-grandmother, Orma K. Tolley of Pasadena.
