Burial will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Mount Comfort Cemetery in Alexandria, VA. Mrs. Mohr was born December 10, 1928 in Mary Anna, PA, daughter of the late Robert Booterbaugh and Floella Dillon Booterbaugh. Mrs. Mohr was a member of Front Royal Women of the Moose Lodge 829 and was a life member of the Shenandoah Farms Volunteer Fire Department and the Rivermont Volunteer Fire Department. She was married to the late Samuel Mohr. Surviving are four daughters, Carol Gorton of Woodstock, VA, Marie Manuel and Ann Shaffer both of Front Royal, and Donna Ramos of Colorado Springs, CO; one son, Billy Dowdy of Mesa, AZ; one brother, Harold "Pete" Booterbaugh of Virginia Beach, VA; one sister, Marie Sills of Clifton, VA; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by two sons, Robert Batts and Kenneth Batts; and several brothers and sisters. on July 1, 2013.2
