Leonard graduated from the Knox County Career Center in 1976 and then went to truck driving school. He drove trucks for many years to see the country, but was most proud of teaming up for over 20 years with his brother, Leon. He loved his antiques, motorcycles, cars, fishing and camping. He enjoyed dressing up as Santa Claus and handing out cookies and candy canes to family and friends. His favorite thing was to have a Ron’s Pizza and wash it down with a Root Beer. He is survived by his siblings, Deloris Franz, Barbara (John) Streby, Leon (Delores) Johnson, Sue (John Kennard) Lamb, Faith (Mark) Dulaney; and many nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, Leonard is preceded in death by a brother in law, Jerry Franz. Jerry Dean Franz Jerry D. Franz, age 72, of Mount Vernon, Ohio, passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2016 at Country Court Care Center in Mount Vernon. He was born on August 18, 1944 in Mount Vernon, Ohio the son of Dean and Mary (Robinson) Franz Hostetler. Jerry served in the United States Army and retired from Jervis B. Webb Company in Mount Vernon. Jerry was an avid car enthusiast. He and his wife Deloris spent many weekends traveling to car shows all over the eastern United States. Jerry proudly showed his 1992 Chevrolet Camaro RS and 2010 Chevrolet Camaro RS. He was a member of the International Show Car Association. Jerry is survived by his wife of 51 years, Deloris (Johnson) Franz; a son, Stacy (Kelly) Franz of Mount Vernon; a sister, Joyce Louise (Lewie) Ferguson of Zanesville and a step-sister, Dee Dee (Hank) Antill of Mount Vernon. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his step-father, Dennis Hostetler. Jack Leonard Mullins, 27, of 4455 Robinson Drive, an employ of the City of Macon traffic engineering department, had been working with another city employe at the stadium shortly before the high school all-star football game and had gone to their truck in the parklng area where the shooting occurred. Police reported Mullins opened the glove compartment of the truck and a pistol fell out. As he was replacing it the trigger caught on something in the compartment and the weapon discharged. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Dorothy McDaniel Mullins of Macon; two sons, DeWayne Thomas Mullins and Harry Leonard Mullins, both of Macon; one daughter, Leigh Margaret Mullins of Macon; father, Harley Mullins of Canton, Ohio; mother, Mrs. Virginia McCune Miller of Akron, Ohio; one sister, Mrs. Betty Rogers of Akron, Ohio; and one half-sister, Miss Mary Mullins of Canton, Ohio. on August 17, 1971.6

Ronnie Keith McCloud Ronnie K. McCloud, 45, died Sunday, May 22, 2005, at Memorial Health University Medical Center. The native of Washington, D. C., was a graduate of Garfield High School in Woodbridge, Virginia, where he was the recipient of the prestigious Virginia State Governor's Honor. He attended college on a baseball scholarship, and received numerous honors and awards throughout his high school and college career. He was employed as general superintendent for McKnight Construction Company of Augusta, Georgia, for the past 23 years. He was a member of Watermelon Creek Baptist Church, and the Evans Heights Golf Club. He is survived by his wife, Terri DeLoach McCloud of Glennville; two sons, Justin McCloud and Chase McCloud, both of Glennville; his mother, Joyce Ann McCloud of Stafford, Virginia; his father and stepmother, Vernon D. and Nancy McCloud of Goldvein, Virginia; two sisters, Teresa King of Dumfries, Virginia, and Katie McCloud of Goldvein, Virginia; one brother, Randie Lynn McCloud of Woodbridge, Virginia; his grandmother, Murlee McCloud of Bridgeport, Alabama; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews in West Virginia, Ohio, and Alabama. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, at Glennville First Baptist Church, with the Rev. Keith Rustin and Elder Spencer Moore officiating. Burial was in Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers were Wayne Collins, Ronnie Barnhill, Danny Dubberly, Robert Waters, John DeLoach, Lance King, Clyde Woolard, and Ronnie Barnhill, Jr.2 He was buried at Beards Creek Church Cemetery, Glennville, Tattnall Co., Georgia.3 He married Terri DeLoach.2 Ronnie Keith McCloud married Gloria Purcell.5 Ronnie Keith McCloud was born on January 31, 1960 at Washington, D.C..2,3 He died on May 22, 2005 at Savannah, Chatham Co., Georgia, at age 45.2,3

He is survived by: Parents, Gloria & Danny Dubberly of Glennville, Georgia; Siblings, Chase McCloud, Bruce Dubberly both of Glennville, Georgia, Casey Gidden (Eric) of Suwanee, Georgia; Step-Mother, Terri McCloud of Glennville, Georgia; Paternal Grandparents, Vernon & Nancy McCloud of Stevenson, Alabama; Maternal Grandparents, Mary & Leroy Purcell of Glennville, Georgia; Paternal Step- Grandparents, Betty & Dan Dubberly of Glennville, Georgia; Nieces & Nephew, Ava, Quinn, & Grant Giddens;Several Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins also survive.
