     Bessie Anetta Stover was buried at Estep Cemetery, Ameagle, Raleigh Co., West Virginia.4 She Bessie Annetta Stover, 17 months old, died yesterday in a Charleston hospital from a bullet wound which members of her family said was inflicted accidentally by her 4-year-old brother. The fatal mishap occurred Saturday at the home in Lawson, Raleigh county. Relatives said the child followed her brother, Larry Donald, into a bedroom where the father, Freeman Stover, had placed his small caliber rifle after returning from hunting. The boy picked up the rifle and it discharged, the bullet striking his sister in the abdomen. An emergency operation was performed here that night. Also surviving are her mother and the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Cephus Jarrell and Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Stover, all of Lawson. Rev. C. W. Pindar of Colcord will conduct services at 3 p.m. today in the residence. Valley mortuary of Whitesville will direct burial at Colcord.3 She was born on May 19, 1940 at Raleigh Co., West Virginia.2 She died on October 21, 1941 at Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia, at age 1.2,3
