Mr. Cook is survived by his loving wife, Isabelle Elmore Cook; two sons, Tim and his wife, Holli, Jeff and his wife, Lori; two daughters, Deborah Ann Cook of St. Petersburg, Florida and Cindy Cook Adams and her husband, Tony; and eight grandchildren, Evan, Jacob, Schyler, Tori, Olivia, Logan, Luke and Taylor. He is also survived by a nephew, D. Michael Atkins of Charlottesville; and a niece, Donna Atkins Malone of Fairfax Station; his devoted brothers, Billy, Donnie and Claude; and adoring sisters, Shirley Varnon and Linda Cook; a host of extended relatives and many friends. He will be sorely missed by family, friends and neighbors. His remains rest at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 Parham Road, where the family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday. Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Wednesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 5600 Monument Avenue, with interment following in the Veteran's Section of Greenwood Memorial Gardens. on July 25, 2004.3
