He is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Harry Zookerman of Jamestown, N.Y., Mrs. Betty Vick of Bemus Point, Miss Gladys Hulings, Miss Alice Hulings and Miss Elizabeth Hulings, Warren, and Mrs. Bruce Brinkley, Kane; four sons, Leon Hulings, Henry Hulings, Harold Hulings and Harry Hulings, all of Warren; a half-sister, Mrs. Mae Scheffler of Buffalo, and two grandchildren. Friends are invited to call at the Cummings funeral home at the regular visiting hours, 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 o'clock beginning today. Memorial services will be held at Cummings at 8 o'clock Sunday evening, with the Rev. Sherman H. Epler of First Methodist church officiating. Committal services will be held Monday morning at 11 o'clock tt the Munder, Pa. cemetery near Brookville. on August 7, 1954.5

She was born March 8, 1952, the daughter of Thomas and Betty Hulings Stewart, in her hometown of Kane. Sherry was a graduate of the class of 1970 from Kane High School. She had a loving and generous heart that embraced all those that she encountered, especially her family. She had passion for public service and served on the Johnsonburg School Board, led a cub scout pack with her husband, and was a member of the fire department ladies auxiliary. She was welcomed by her husband of 36 years Timothy Brechtel, her son Arthur Thomas Brechtel, her parents Thomas and Betty Stewart, her infant brother Terry Stewart, as well as various members and friends of the Brechtel and Stewart families. In her love remain her daughter Molly Brechtel, and her future son-in-law and adopted son, Darnell Stallworth, both of Erie. She also leaves her sister, Doris Neubert, and her husband, Leroy, of Wilcox, Pa; a nephew, Jason Neubert, and his fiance, Lacey Stanley, of Johnsonburg, Pa; a niece, Jolene Cornelius, her husband, Frank, and their two daughters, of Dubois, Pa. Friends and loved ones are invited to attend a memorial service at the First United Methodist Church in Kane at 3 p.m. on Sunday. Interment will be beside her husband and son at Holy Cross Cemetery in Rasselas, Pa. on June 16, 2012.2

Brechtel, 63, of 217 Welsh Street, Kane, died Friday morning, December 3, 2010 at the Kane Community Hospital after being stricken at home. Born September 19, 1947 in Ridgway, he was the son of Arthur and Lucille Rezmerski Brechtel. On February 8, 1975 in Kane, he married Sherry L. Stewart, who survives. Mr. Brechtel worked in the lab at Stackpole Corp. in St. Marys for over 20 years.
He attended St. Callistus Catholic Church in Kane, and was a fireman for 47 years in Kane and Wilcox, having served as chief for the latter. He also belonged to the Central District Firemen. Surviving, in addition to his wife, are a daughter, Molly Ann Brechtel of Erie and a daughter-in-law, Tiffanie Brechtel of Kane. He was preceded in death, in addition to his parents, by a son, Arthur T. Brechtel in 2008. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Mass at St. Callistus Catholic Church at 11:00 on Wednesday with the rev. Philip Pinczewski, pastor, as Celebrant. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Kane. He joined the Kane Volunteer Fire Department in 1997 and became very active, currently serving as its chief . He also was a Pennsylvania State Fire Instructor, an EMT, and belonged to the Tri-County Firemen's Association and the Central District Firemen's Association. Surviving, in addition to his wife and parents of Kane, are a sister, Molly Brechtel of Erie; a niece and several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur and Lucille Brechtel and Thomas and Betty Stewart. Friends may call at the Ronald McDonald II Funeral Home, Inc. in Kane on Sunday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday at the First United Methodist Church in Kane with the Rev. David Lake, pastor, officiating, and Father Philip Pinczewski, pastor of St. Callistus Catholic Church and the fire department's chaplain, co-officiating. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery in Rassellas. on November 1, 2008.2

She had been ill for the past 10 months and had previously been hospitalized from time to time at the Buffalo Children's Hospital. Little Mary Beth, who was born July 4, 1957, at Bradford, is survived by her parents; a sister, Margaret Hulings and a brother, David Hulings, all of Bradford; her maternal grandparents, Dr. and Mrs. L. Robert Cupp and paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lyman S. Hulings, all of Mt. Jewett; her maternal great-grandmother, Mrs. W. P. Zink of Kane and her maternal great-grandfather, Dr. A. F. Cupp of Aspinwall. Friends may call at the Gwin Funeral Home at Mt. Jewett at the usual visiting hours, 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 o'clock, beginning this evening. Memorial services will be held at Gwin's Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, with the Rev. G. Mason Crites of the Mt. Jewett Methodist Church officiating. Interment will be in McKean Memorial Park. on November 23, 1960.1 She died on November 23, 1960 at Bradford, McKean Co., Pennsylvania, at age 3.1,2
