He was the husband of Marion Chatham Scarisbrick, at home. Born on Sept. 26, 1924, in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was a son of the late Harold James and Josephine Sherman Scarisbrick and moved to Stroudsburg in 1985. A veteran of World War II, he served in the United States Navy from 1943 to 1946. He was a superintendent for Con Edison until retiring in 1984 after 39 years of service. He was a member of St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church in Stroudsburg. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Jean Pierre "JP" Scarisbrick and his wife, Colleen Anne of Massapequa, N.Y; two grandsons, Ryan Patrick Scarisbrick and Sean Patrick Scarisbrick both of Massapequa, N.Y; three brothers; a sister; and several nieces and nephews. There will be a viewing from 9 to 10 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 9, from at St. Luke's Roman Catholic Church, Main Street in Stroudsburg. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Monday, at the church with the Rev. Carmen Perry as celebrant. Burial will follow in Laurelwood Cemetery in Stroudsburg. on October 6, 2006.³

     Jeffrey Lee Sink Jeffrey Lee “Jeff” Sink, age 54, of Henry passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2019 at his home. He was an U.S. Navy Veteran and graduated from Alamance Community College with an Associate of Science Degree. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and outdoorsman, and a steward of the land. He was a Computer Application Technician employed at UNC School of Public Health in Chapel Hill. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents, Hillman Fred and Mary Alice McMillan Sink. Surviving are his loving wife, Teresa C. Sink; daughter, Traci Michelle Sink Lavinder and husband George Aaron Lavinder; son, Joel Christopher Sink; brother, Thomas Sink (Rosemary); sisters, Marjorie Griffith (Michael) and Pamela Ray (Dennis); mother-in-law and father-in-law, Lois and William Shirley Campbell; brothers-in-law, Wendell Campbell and Robert Campbell (Theresa); sister-in-law, Sara Herbst (Sterling). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at Germantown Brick Church of the Brethren.² He was buried at Germantown Brick Church of the Brethren Cemetery, 2363 Brick Church Road, Rocky Mount, Franklin Co., Virginia.² He was born on February 9, 1965 at Martinsville, Virginia.^1,3,4 He married Teresa Jean Campbell, daughter of William Shirley Campbell and Lois Elaine Furrow, on October 22, 1994 at Henry Co., Virginia.¹ Jeffrey Lee Sink died on April 21, 2019 at Henry, Henry Co., Virginia, at age 54.^2,4
