He is survived by his wife Charlotte, son Henry III and his wife Janine Malone, as well as his daughter Charlotte, Jr. and her husband Darrin Wheeler and their two children Granddaughter Madison and Grandson Chase. He is also survived by his Grandson Brandon Theis of the United States Army and his wife Morgan Lindstrom. Preceding him in death is his Granddaughter Sabrina Theis. He is survived by four brothers, Michael Theis, NC, Mark Theis, AZ, Kevin Theis, CA, and Kurt Theis, CO and one surviving sister Kristina Reynolds, CA. Preceding him in death are two sisters, Audrey (Lynnda) Carey, CA and Leslee Jaykins, CA and one brother Stephen Theis, CA. He is also survived by many Brother-In-Laws, Sister-In-Laws, Nephews and Nieces. He was deeply loved by all that knew him. on December 12, 2010.3

Betty retired as a secretary for Quaker State in 1985. Prior to her employment with Quaker State, she worked in the Clarion County Courthouse as a secretary to the county commissioners. She married Walter Amsler. He preceded her in death on December 30, 1956. On April 25, 1969, Betty married William Wetzel. He preceded her in death on July 9, 1995. Betty is survived by five step children: Shirley Monrean of Knox; Pauline Wolfgang of Olney, Maryland; Daryl Wetzel and his wife, Helen, of Knox; Carl Wetzel and his wife, Cathy, of Butler and Beverly Knight and her husband, Dan, of Virginia Beach, Virginia. Also surviving are her brother: Bob Patton and his wife, Joan, of Shippenville; a special sister-in-law, Charlotte Theiss of California; sisters-in-law, Jean Patton Florida and Patricia Best of Cranberry, 12 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husbands, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Pauline, Martha and Dorothy; brother, Henry and infant brother and sister, twins Paul and Pauline. Family and friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at the William N. Rupert Mortuary, Inc., 430 Mendenhall Avenue, Knox. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, October 2, 2013 in the funeral home with the Reverend Dan Myers and Reverend Tony Fields officiating over the service.      Rose Marie Henry Lake City - Rose M. Best, 22, 10384 W. Lake Road, Lake City, died Friday, Nov. 7, 1997, at her home as the result of a double homicide along with her husband. Mrs. Best was born in Conneaut, Ohio, July 9, 1975, a daughter of George and Christine Rought Henry. She married Michael T. Best Nov. 18, 1994. She was employed as an assistant manager at the country fair store in Reese Plaza, Girard and also at Bailey Transportation Products in Conneaut. He was a graduate of Cambridge Springs High School and attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania. She enjoined writing poetry, baking, most crafts and playing video games. Survivors include her daughter, Tara Michelle Best, at home; her stepfather and mother, Frank and Christine Gurto of Conneaut; her father and stepmother, George and Susan Henry of Cambridge Springs; her maternal grandparents, Francis Rought of Ashtabula, Ohio; Charles Rough of Phoenix, Ariz; and Frank Gurto and Martin Ely and Alice Ely of Conneaut; paternal grandparents, Norma Henry of Conneaut, Milford Henry of Cooperstown, and Leon Host of Cranberry; two sisters, Stephanie Henry of Cambridge Springs, and Bunny Jean Henry of Franklin; brothers Joshua Gurto and Justine Gurto, both of Conneaut; Dakota Henry of Cambridge Springs, George Henry Jr. Saegertown and Richard Foster of Cochranton. She was preceded in death by a brother Adriel Dallas Rought. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Marcy Funeral H, 208 Liberty St., Conneaut, Ohio. The funeral will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
