Skip was born December 29, 1942 in Havertown, PA, the son of Joseph and Helen (Chatham) O’Hara, Jr. After graduating from Havertown High School, Joseph “Skip” O’Hara attended Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania. He immediately signed up for what ended up being a 28 year career in the Air Force. On February 14, 1965, while training at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, he married his wife of 43 years, Arlene Roberts, who preceded him in death in 2009. Together they were stationed across the United States including Loring AFB, ME to Dyess AFB, TX. His final move was to Warrensburg, MO and Whiteman AFB. He loved this town and the people in it. While here, Skip not only played an important role in the development of the B-2 Bomber, but also embraced the community and all of its offerings. He participated in Rotary, the Warrensburg Community Band, and Friends of Music. He was an avid Mules fan and road the ups downs of the Kansas City Royals and Chiefs. His integrity and compassionate spirit were evident in all he did. Skip is survived by one son, Scott O’Hara and fiancée, Krisha Catzen, of Seattle, WA; a daughter, Keely Abeln and husband, Scott, of St. Charles, MO; and two granddaughters, Kendal and Audrey Abeln of St. Charles. Memorial services will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church of Warrensburg with the Reverend Louie Lowe officiating. There will be a private interment at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Higginsville with full military honors from Whiteman AFB Honor Guard.2 He was born on December 29, 1942 at Havertown, Delaware Co., Pennsylvania.1,2 He married Darrell Arlene Roberts on February 14, 1964 at Bexar Co., Texas.2 Joseph "Skip" O'Hara III died on January 27, 2016 at Warrensburg, Johnson Co., Missouri, at age 73.1,2

He had retired from the Bankers Association June 30, after spending 30 years lobbying on behalf of New Jersey bankers. He also was active in the annual leadership conferences of the American Bankers Association. Mr. Forrey never worked as a banker himself. He became public relations director of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association after college and joined the NJBA as staff executive in 1962. He earned his undergraduate degree at Swarthmore College and earned a master of business administration from Southern Illinois University. Mr. Forrey is survived by his wife, Rosemary; two daughters, Carole Garvey of Chalfonte, Del., and Lynne Suber of Princeton; and two sons, John of Glen Rock and David of Plainsboro. Funeral services are planned for 11 am Friday at St Paul's Church in Princeton. Burial will be in Princeton Cemetery. on November 12, 1992.3

Following his time in Madison, CT, he and his wife, Mary, retired to St. Croix, USVI for eleven years where he served as President of Coakley Bay Condo Association and the Race Committee of the St. Croix Yacht Club. They moved to Palm Beach Gardens, FL in 2011. Bill had a passion for tennis and was an active member of the PGA Men's Tennis. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and loyal friend who never hesitated to lend a helping hand. Bill was an avid sailor and boater and a member of the Essex and Saint Croix Yacht Clubs. Bill is survived by his devoted wife of 27 years, Mary Dannaher Robb; his daughter, Susan Gibbons of St. Croix, USVI, and son, Steven Robb (Jennifer) of Fort Wayne, IN; Mary's children, Gretchen Carrolla (Stephen) of Cambridge, MA; and James Lubs (Pearl Rogers) of San Francisco, CA; his grandchildren Billy Gibbons (Melissa Acevedo) and Zachary Carrolla; and a great-grandson, Eli Gibbons. A special thank you to the caregivers at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center, Kindred of the Palm Beaches and Hospice of Palm Beach County. A funeral mass will be held at St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church in North Palm Beach on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 10:00 AM. Bill will be laid to rest in graveside service at Beaverdale Cemetery in New Haven, CT this summer. on April 11, 2015.4
