Floyd on Oct. 17, 1964, in Dayton, Ohio. She survives. Other survivors include two children, Frank Williams (Julie) of Texas, and Jackie Dryden (Gary) of Hannibal, Mo; three sisters, Mary Ann McNeely of California, Helen Fitzpatrick (Roy) of Columbus, Ohio, and Barbara Rowe of Fairborn, Ohio; four grandchildren, Scott Williams, Travis Williams, Jennifer Desmond (Joe) and Brady Dryden; five great-grandchildren, Heaven Tallman, Faith Tallman, Kaleb Tallman, Kyra Dryden and Olivia Markham; special friends, Charles Huston Sr., Pete Pope and Kaleb Tallman; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one infant brother, Bobby; one sister, Norma Ennis; and thre brothers-in-law; Jack Ennis, Donald McNeely and John Rowe. Mr. Williams graduated from Fairborn, Ohio, High School. He retired in 1999 from Continental Cement. Ferdie loved yard work, especially when working with his great grandson, Kaleb. Mr. Williams was a past member of the Gold Prospectors Club and Elks Lodge 1198 of Hannibal, Mo. Memorial contributions may be made to Blessing Hospice of Hannibal in care of the James O’Donnell Funeral Home.

She was a member of the National and Camp Hill Order of AARP and also a member of PARSE. Surviving are her son, Eldred W. Atkinson, granddaughters Lynda Kleman, Nancy Larson, and Amy Hester; grandson Douglas Atkinson; great granddaughters Jaime Butler, Carrie Bailey, Kelly Hester and Evelyn Atkinson; great grandsons Daniel and Michael Hester, G. Richard Larson, Jr. and Carter William Eldred Atkinson; and great great grandson Bodie Butler. Dorothy said her only claim to fame was converting a Chinaman to Christianity and serving for 75 years as a Sunday school pianist. on July 22, 2012.2
