Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Warren Bumgarner, the Reverend Mike Bowman, and Mr. Mitchell Floyd officiating. Interment will follow at the Lee Cemetery at Tuggles Gap. on July 16, 2013.⁴

Mrs. Blair was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Beulah Smith Gray; her husband, Elwood Blair; granddaughter, Tammy Jefferson. She is survived by her daughters, Cynthia (Bobby) Coleman and Sandra Hazlip; three grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one great-great grandson; two brothers-in-law, Bill (Mary Helen)Blair and Jim (Carol) Blair; numerous nieces and nephews and a very special friend of 80 years, Recliye Atkins.
