Ivan is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, LouAnn; sons Ian and Christopher; his father Joe Cordell and wife Karen of Everett; and sister Carol McCabe and husband John of Coupeville; grandmother Nina Griffin of Boise, ID. Other family members include LouAnn's mother, Norma Cassady of Walcott, IA, her twin sister Lura and husband Gary Aronson of Bettendorf, IA, along with her brother Howard and wife Joy Freeman of Jackson Hole, WY. Ivan was preceded in death by his loving Mother, Evelyn R. Cordell; and father-in-law, Howard L. Cassady. Ivan graduated from Lake Stevens High School in 1972, and then from Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, IA, in 1976. He was a member of the Phi Kappa Chi Fraternity and has been a member of the Washington Chiropractic Association. He and LouAnn were married in Walcott, IA, and returned to Everett where he first opened his practice. He was a member of Overlake Christian Church in Redmond. Ivan has been active in the Everett Youth Soccer Sports Program. He loved salmon fishing and golfing. A Memorial celebration of Ivan's life will be held at 11:00am Saturday, September 8, 2001, at Purdy & Walters with Cassidy of Everett. on September 7, 2001.⁵

Born January 14th, 1933, in Eccles, he was the son of the late Fred H. and Bertha Ann O'Neal Clyburn. Robert spent his childhood in Beckley before moving to Charleston. He worked as a yardman at Raleigh Junk Company in Charleston for over 30 years before coming back to MacArthur in 1984. He attended the Church of God Family Worship Center in Beckley as long as his health permitted. Robert enjoyed being a CB operator (handle "Red Mule") in his spare time. He was preceded in death by his 1st wife Iris Ann Clyburn on May 22, 2001, and a daughter Barbara Ann Clyburn on January 3rd, 2015. One brother Harold Clyburn, and two sisters Eva Walker and Ruby Dillow also preceded him in death. He is survived by: his wife Georgia Mae Clyburn of MacArthur, two sons Daniel and Robert Clyburn both of Marion, NC, two step daughters Diana Brewer and husband Richard of Lincolnton, NC, and Ruby Milam of Beckley. One brother Calvin Clyburn of Beckley, one sister Janice Dillow of Covington, Virginia. One grandson, three granddaughters, six great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandson also survive. Funeral services will be held 2 P.M. Monday, April 22nd, 2019, at the Melton Mortuary Chapel on Harper Road in Beckley with Rev. Donald Snyder officiating. Friends may call from noon until the time of service on Monday. Entombment will follow in the Blue Ridge Memorial Garden in Beckley. Pallbearers will be Kirk Bandy, Richard Brewer Jr., Daniel Clyburn, Hunter Mabes, John Wheeler, and Lee Wheeler. on April 20, 2019.³

Born on May 12, 1945, in Eccles, West Virginia, she was a daughter of the late Fred Clayburn and Bertha Oneal. She was the wife of the late Joe Allen Dillow. Mrs. Dillow worked as a LPN for over forty years and she was an Avon represenetive for over twenty years. She is survived by one daughter, Melissa Marsh; two sons, Mark Dillow of Waynesboro and Joe Dillow, II and wife, Jamie of Louisa; two brothers, Calvin Clayburn and Robert Clayburn; one sister, Janice Dillow and husband, Walter; six grandchildren, Amber Durham and husband, Chase, Jacob Dillow, Nicholas Dillow, Davis Marsh, Mark Dillow, II, and Tyler Dillow; and two great-grandchildren, Houston Marsh and Chase Durham. She was also preceded in death by a grandson, Jonathan Marsh; one brother, Harold Clayburn; and a sister, Eva Cole. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 26, 2018, at the Preddy Funeral Home Chapel in Gordonsville with interment to follow at 1 p.m. at Holly Memorial Gardens in Charlottesville. Pastor Dan Edwards will officiate. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 p.m. on Thursday evening, January 25, 2018, at the funeral home.
