In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Joann Hall, in 1999. Survivors include two sons, Jeffrey Hall of Beckley, Scott Hall of Virginia Beach, VA; daughter, Jill Blake and husband Danny of Crab Orchard; grandchildren, Leigh Ann, Jessica, Brittnii and Lindsey; great-grandchildren, Brett, Jarred, Skye and Johnny Mack; sisters, Clara Bennett of Martinsburg, WV; and Judy Clutters of OH. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Sunday, September 1, 2013, in the Calfee Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. James Boyd officiating. Entombment will follow in High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill, WV. on August 31, 2013.⁴
