He is survived by sister, Garnet Johnson; daughters, Marsha Lesher and Mandy Sams; stepdaughter, Jenny Norfolk-Miller; stepson, Nathan Norfolk; nephews, Brian and Shawn Mollohan and Chris and Phillip Johnson; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandson; and special granddaughter, Josie Norfolk, who was always there to help take care of him. J.C. was a high school graduate of Clay County High class of 1977. When he was younger, he worked for WV Steel. He also worked for Central Parking, where he retired. on September 7, 2016.²

Toni was a medical aid for several years. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and a friend to many who will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her father, Ralph Sides I.      Larry Gene Ratliff Jr. Larry Gene Ratliff, 70, of Panama City Beach, FL joined the Lord in heaven Tuesday afternoon, June 25th 2013. He was born September 6th 1942 in Ironton, Ohio. Larry was a resident of Marion, Ohio for 30 years and employed at Tecumseh Products for 15 years. Larry moved to Panama City in 1985 and opened a commercial cleaning service that has served Panama City Beach's finest restaurants for over 2 decades. He retired in 2005 turning the business over to his sons. He is preceded in death by his loving wife of 42 years Sharon Ratliff and his parents Virginia Johnson and set-father Sherman, and his father, John Ratliff. He is survived by his two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry Ratliff II and Maudine, Tony Ratliff and Debbie all of Panama City Beach; one brother, Lonnie Ratliff of Wasilla, AK; one sister, Verna Lowe of Lexington, KY, Larry had numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. His memory will always be cherished, and his love and gentle guidance will live in our hearts forever. She was born on February 3, 1938, at home in Bomont, W.Va. She is the daughter of the late Albert Henry Horton and Lily Mae Johnson. She worked at West Virginia Workers Compensation from 1979 to 2001 as an Office Assistant. We take this moment to thank all her fellow workers who supported her and who willingly donated their vacation time to enable her to recover from cancer to return to work long enough to retire. She has been a faithful member of her loving family at the Fellowship of Praise in Quick, W.Va., pastored by Jeff and Jackie Moales, since 1979. She devoted her life to loving her family and living a life proclaiming the goodness of God. She is survived by her son, Tony (Cindy) Elmore of Clendenin, and her daughters Jessica Hudson of Clendenin and Becky Neal of Walton, W.Va. She is survived by eight grandchildren; Steven (Farrah) James, Heather (Bruce) Fittro, Andrew Elmore, Billie Jo James (fiance, Kevin Edwards), Melinda Elmore, Cristina Elmore, Jacob Neal and Shirley Elmore. She is survived by four great-grandchildren; Kaley Fittro, Gabe Fittro, Kingston James, and Audrey James. She is survived by three brothers; David (Pat) Horton of North Carolina, Larry (Donna) Horton of New York, and Troy Horton of Florida. She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and co-workers. The family would like to extend their deepest appreciation for the tender care that their mother received from HospiceCare. Visitation will be held from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday, November 4, 2012, Hafer Funeral Home in Elkview, W.Va. Services will be 2 p.m. Monday, November 5, 2012 and conducted by her Pastor Jeff Moales. Graveside services will be held at the Spring Hill Cemetery in Charleston, W.Va. on November 3, 2012.²
