He was the son of Wanda Paxton Acree of Clay, and the late Robert C. Smith. He was born at Clay December 19, 1954. He was a former employee of Anglers Roost in Summersville and attended the Enon Baptist Church. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Stanley David Smith. He is survived by mother, Wanda Paxton Acree of Clay; step daughter, Leah Lewis of Oak Hill; three sisters and husbands, Sandy and John Ely of Front Royal, Va., Emma and Darrell Nutter, and Joyce and Randy Sigler, all of Summersville; brother, Eugene Pettit of Summersville; two grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be conducted in Ramsey Cemetery, Enoch.3 He was born on December 19, 1954 at Clay, Clay Co., West Virginia.3 He died on December 29, 2008 at Ansted, Fayette Co., West Virginia, at age 54.3

Mr. Huffman, an engraver at the Trophy Shop in Wilmington for seven years, retired on disability in 1993. He is survived by his wife, Connie S. Huffman; two daughters, Ivy Leigh Huffman and Brandi Adlee Huffman, both at home; and four sisters, Betty Watkins of Kissimmee, Margaret Parker of Sylvester, Phyllis Johnson of Bear and Helen Chapman of New Castle. Burial will be in Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Chesapeake City Road, Summit. on April 21, 1995.5

Mary Ann Rogers was buried at Gracelawn Memorial Park, 2220 N. DuPont Parkway, New Castle, New Castle Co., Delaware.4 She was born on October 27, 1956.4 She died on February 21, 2013 at Delaware at age 56.4 She Mary Ann Rogers was born on October 27, 1956. On Thursday, February 21, 2013, the angels came and carried her Home to be reunited with her parents, Virgil and Winogene (Paxton) Rogers and her beloved brother, Michael Rogers. After graduating from Conrad High School in 1976, Mary Ann began working at Woolworth's Department Store until its closing in 1997. She then worked at Wells Fargo in the Meadowood Shopping Center. Mary Ann attended the Wilmington Church of God for 56 years, where she taught Sunday School and Children's Church for several years. She had a smile for everyone. Mary Ann will be dearly missed by her sisters, Connie Huffman, Brenda McElroy (Kenny) and Felicia Rogers and their dog, Lucky; her brothers, Terry Rogers and Ralph Rogers; and her many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Mary Ann was also God Mother to Miquel Miranda. Interment will follow in Gracelawn Memorial Park. on February 24, 2013.4
