She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Marvin Mills. She is survived by her daughters and son-in law, Wanda McDaniel and Linda and Michael Lynskey; four grandchildren, James Dean McDaniel, Shirley Duke and husband, Eddie, Brian Keith McDaniel, and Melinda Sue Lynskey; four great-grandchildren, Manda Duke, Sheena Duke, Tyler McDaniel and Dallas Duke, all of Roanoke. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 10, 1998, at Lotz Roanoke Chapel with Rev. Carter Sloan officiating. Interment will follow in Copper Hill Church of the Brethren Cemetery. on December 9, 1998.²
