Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Tanzy Hill, Muncie, Mrs. Lizzie Dunn, Paoli, Ill., Mrs. Irma Jean Foreman, Wisconsin, and Miss Mary Cook, Muncie; two sons, William, Paoli, and Charles, Muncie. 15 grandchildren two great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Mrs. Blanche Peyton and Mrs. Nell Free, both of Paoli.      Thomas J. Cook Thomas J. Cook, 79, 600 S. Walnut St., died Wednesday in Ball Hospital. Born in Somerset, Ky., he moved to Muncie from Paoli 40 years ago. He was a World War I veteran and a retired New York Central Railroad crossing watchman. He is survived by his wife, Helen; two sons, Charles and William Cook, Muncie; four daughters, Mrs. Tanzy Hill and Mrs. Mary Jackson, Muncie, Mrs. Lizzie Dunn, Paoli, and Mrs. Ima Gene Foreman, Winchester; two brothers, William O. and John Cook, Muncie; 13 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Friends may call at Parson Mortuary before services there at 2:30 p.m. Friday. Rev. Jimmy Helton will officiate.      Imogene Cook was buried at Beech Grove Cemetery, 1400 West Kilgore Avenue, Muncie, Delaware Co., Indiana.⁵ She was born on November 27, 1930 at Paoli, Orange Co., Indiana.⁵ As of circa 1948,her married name was Foreman.⁵ She married Ralph R. Foreman circa 1948.⁵ Imogene Cook died on November 25, 2010 at Muncie, Delaware Co., Indiana, at age 79.⁵

     Mary Carolyn Cook was born on March 14, 1937 at Paoli, Orange Co., Indiana.² She died on August 11, 2010 at Muncie, Delaware Co., Indiana, at age 73.²

     Ralph R. Foreman ALBANY--Ralph R. Foreman, 72, R.R.1, died Saturday at his residence. He was a native of Sharpeye, Ohio, and had lived in the Muncie area since 1947. He was a veteran of World War II. He had worked at Broderick Corp. for 20 years. Survivors include his wife, Imogean; three sons, Ron and Ralph Foreman, Albany, and Randy Foreman, Winchester; six daughters, Betty Zollars, Roberta Feeley and Connie Foreman, all of Lafayette, Marilyn Clark of Winchester, Barbara Bouchard of Holbrook, Mass; and Rebecca Collins of Frankfort; two brothers, Lowell Foreman of Amarillo, Texas, and Ora Foreman of Kenton, Ohio; three sisters, Opal Hudson and Thlema Doss, both of Greenville, Ohio, and Ruby Kruner of Trotwood, Ohio, and 20 grandchildren. A sister preceded him in death. Services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Parson Mortuary-Adams Chapel, Muncie, with Rev. Gary Jones officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.      Rose "Rosie" Cook Mrs. Rose C. Purvis, 29, of 506 W. Adams St., died Monday afternoon at Ball Hospital. She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are the husband, Curtis; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas J. Cook of Muncie; two brothers, William and Charles, both of Muncie; and four sisters, Mrs. Imogene Fordman and Miss Lizzie May, Miss Mary and Miss Tanzy Cook, all of Muncie. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Parson Mortuary with the Rev. A.E. Woodcook officiating. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery.
