Fern also enjoyed shopping at Dillard’s, Walmart, Kohl’s and Gordman’s. Matlock, Wheel of Fortune, and Bonzanza, which she referred to as “Ponderosa” were some of the shows she enjoyed watching. Fern was a big OSU fan. She was a homemaker all of her life. Fern was a loving, sweet person with a happy, kind personality. She always enjoyed laughing. Most of all she loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Fern is survived by 1 daughter, Carol Keene and husband, Richard, of Moore; 1 son, Danny Overdeer, of Joplin, MO; 2 grandchildren, Russell and Tony Keene; great-grandchildren, Brittney and Emily Keene. She is preceded in death by her husband, James; parents; 2 brothers, Lee and Bud; and 1 sister, Nona Gilleland.
