Hall and Adeline Hall. He was a graduate of Oakvale High School and mechanic school in Kansas City, KS. Ralph was a retired heavy equipment operator for Bluestone Coal Company, a member of the United Mine Workers of America, and a U. S. Army veteran serving in Okinawa, Japan and the Korean War. He was also a member of the Wesley Memorial Chapel on Mt. Olive Road in Rock. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Frances Miller Hall; his second wife, Eunice Marie Graham Wall Hall; and one sister. Survivors include two sons, Ralph E. “Eddie” Hall, Jr. and wife Deborah of Washington, PA and Robert L. “Bobby” Hall of Morgantown, WV; two daughters, Paula Jo Hall Kennedy and husband Darrell of Oceana, WV and Terri Fritz and fiancé Guy Harman of Princeton; seven grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and one brother, Dan Hall and wife Leora of Oakvale.
