Davis, 84, passed away Friday, December 11, 2009, in Meeker, Oklahoma. She was born in Altus, OK on July 18, 1925 to John and Ruby Russell. Willow loved to travel, going camping in the motor home at the lake, and visiting with the senior citizens. She loved her family and spending time with her grandkids. She is survived by one daughter, Candace Duncan and husband Kenny of Meeker, OK; two grandchildren: Bryan Duncan and wife Jennifer of Springfield, VA and Micol Merriman and husband Ryan of Burbank, CA, and two great-grandchildren: Cayden and Cole Duncan; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; one son, Mike Davis; and two sisters, Edith Grider and Joy Kegans. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 16, 2009, in the Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel, with interment in Resthaven Memory Gardens. on December 14, 2009.¹

Family visitation will be held from 7-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2012 at Smith Funeral Chapel, Sapulpa, Ok. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 17, 2012 at South Heights Cemetery Chapel, Sapulpa, Ok. Officiating will be the Reverend Ernest Bass. Interment to follow at South Heights Cemetery. Bearers will be Lloyd Asher, Brian Mann, Kevin Mann, Ed James, Curtis Asher, Brint Mann, Josh Bauer and Ricky Johnson. onorary bearers will be Isaiah Bauer and Javan Bauer. She worked in retail sales as well as cleaned houses. She enjoyed sewing, playing bingo, and spending time with her friends. Mildred is survived by three children, Mildred Thaxton of Chesterfield, Michigan, Ivan Scholl of Naples, Florida and Sherry Whitmore of Roseville, Michigan; one brother, Walter Eldon Asher of Chelsea, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Betty Rippy, two brothers, Gerald and Wayne Asher and one infant son, David. Funeral services are scheduled for 10am, Tuesday, January 15, 2012 at Hutchins-Maples Funeral Home Chapel in Bristow with Reverend Gene Jackson officiating.
