She was born June 12, 1915 in Cabarrus County to John Molton and Rebecca Bradley Jones. Mrs. Eller was a member of Lewis Fork Baptist Church, a member of the Eastern Star, active in Sunday and Bible School. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Travis Adna Eller and daughter, Joann Rich. Surviving are her children, Tony Eller and wife Bernice of Albemarle, Jerry Church of Wilkesboro, Reggie Eller and wife Linda of Wilkesboro, Gail Yates and husband Clayton of Purlear; son-in-law, Ray Rich and wife Mary Jane; seven grandchildren, Robin Frye and husband Jerry of Mooresville, Jeanie Davis and husband Allen, Kelly Church, Rebecca Church all of Wilkesboro, John Yates and wife Jennifer of Purlear, Hayden Eller of Wilkesboro, Austin Eller of Huntersville; six great grandchildren, Travis Frye and wife Emily of Mooresville, Anthony Davis and wife Ashley of Millers Creek, Brent Frye of Mooresville, Andrea Triplett and husband Matt of Winston Salem, William Yates, Grayson Yates both of Purlear; and one great great grandchild, Davis Coles Triplett of Winston Salem. Funeral service will be held 11:00 o’clock Tuesday, May 19, 2015 at Lewis Fork Baptist Church with Rev. Dwayne Andrews, Rev. Sherrill Wellborn, and Rev. Daron Brown officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Lewis Fork Baptist Church from 10:00 until 11:00 o’clock on Tuesday, prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Lewis Fork Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 395 Lewis Fork Baptist Church Road, Purlear, NC 28665 or to Pruitt Hospice, 902 West D Street, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659. Miller Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements. She was born February 14, 1935. She grew up in Wilkes County, finishing high school at Mt. Pleasant High School in 1953. She attended Appalachian State University. Mrs. Rich lived in Clemmons for more than 30 years where she was a member of Clemmons First Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Travis A. Eller. Survived are her husband, Raymond R. Rich, Jr., of the home; her mother, Hallie J. Eller of Ferguson; two brothers, Tony C. Eller and wife Bernice of Albemarle, Reggie H. Eller and wife, Linda of Ferguson; two sisters, Jerry E. Church of Wilkesboro, Gail E. Yates and husband Clayton of Purlear; sister-in-law Elizabeth R. Dail and husband, John of Edenton; nieces and nephews Robin E. Frye, Jeanie E. Davis, Kelly A. Church, Rebecca A. Church, John C. Yates, Hayden T. Eller, Austin C. Eller, Kathryn G. Odom and John L. Goodwin, III and several grandnieces and grandnephews. A memorial service was held, Friday, November 25, 2005, at Lewis Fork Baptist Church on US Hwy 421 West. The family request the memorials are made to the Lewis Fork Baptist Church Building Fund, 395 Lewis Fork Baptist Church Road, Purlear, NC 28665 or to a charity of the donor's choice.1 Her married name was Rich.1 She married Raymond Ray Rich Jr.1,2 Rebecca Joann Eller was born on February 14, 1935 at Wilkes Co., North Carolina.1 She died on November 21, 2005 at North Wilkesboro, Wilkes Co., North Carolina, at age 70.1
