Barbara Terry, 84, Alexandria, passed away on December 30, 2016, at Rapides Regional Medical Center. Barbara is preceded in death by her parents, Louie and Myrl Aswell Rasbury; husband, Paul Terry; daughter, Brenda Cole Moreau; son, David Terry. Barbara graduated from Bolton High School in 1950 and was a graduate of LA Tech. She was a member of PHI MU Fraternity. As a lifelong member of Calvary Baptist Church Mrs. Terry taught Sunday School and volunteered for vacation bible school. She volunteered at summer camp for underprivileged girls and was a Girl Scout leader. Mrs. Terry worked as a secretary for Roy O. Martin Lumber Co. Additionally, Mrs. Terry worked with the Lupus Support Group; a pink lady with St. Frances Cabrini Hospital Auxiliary. Barbara is survived by her son, Daryl Terry and wife, Fran, of Alexandria; ten grandchildren; and thirteen great-grandchildren. Pallbearers honored to serve will be Chris Terry, Louis Terry, Joey Boudreaux, James McClung, Jimmy Brewer, and Richard Landry. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Calvary Baptist Church, 5011 Jackson St., Alexandria, LA. 71303. on December 31, 2016.¹

He was a cable repairman for BellSouth for 27 years, and he was a digital technician. Survivors include his wife, Susie R. Terry of Leesville; three daughters, Melissa Jane Terry of Alexandria, Nicole Lee Terry of South Carolina and Tiffani Harley Terry of Leesville; three stepdaughters, Laken Nicole Smith and Valaire Lynn Smith, both of DeRidder, and Bridgette Michiel Smith of Leesville; one son, Louis Jake Terry of Leesville; one brother, Daryl Terry of Alexandria; his mother, Barbara Rasbury Terry of Alexandria; and two grandchildren. on November 3, 2001.²

Jeter, Catawba. Funeral services will be at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel 12:30 p.m. Monday, October 5,1998, with the Rev. Don Summerville officiating. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens.
