Funeral services will be held Monday, March 1, 2004 at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Riffe's Funeral Service in Narrows with Rev. David Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in Birchlawn Burial Park, Pearisburg. The family will receive friends at Riffe's in Narrows, Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. on February 28, 2004.²

He leaves to cherish his memory his faithful and devoted wife, Winnie Smith Martin; a daughter and son-in-law Beth and Rod Cupp of Narrows; a son David Scott Martin of Narrows; two grandchildren, Megan and Casey Cupp; a brother and sister-in-law Ronnie and Cathy Martin of Pearisburg. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the Kendall Funeral Home at 605 Snidow Street in Pembroke with burial following in Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. on December 27, 2005.⁵

Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Broyles Funeral Home, Peterstown, with the Rev. James Allen, the Rev. Bob Ratliff and the Rev. Verona Tilley officiating. Burial will be in Swope Cemetery in Lindside. on November 11, 1992.⁴

Knight, 43, of Linside, died Nov. 1, 1992, in CAMC, General Division, when a tractor-trailer skidded on a wet road and jackknifed into the car he was driving, said a spokewoman for the Monroe County Sheriff's Department. He was an employee of The Greenbrier hotel, White Sulphur Springs, and a member of the Lighthouse Church of God, Union.
