Foster of Richmond, Cleta H. and Scott Roberts of Rural Retreat, Patricia Ann Schaefer of Rockville, Md. A funeral service will be held at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel Monday, July 26, 7 p.m., with Pastor Dennis S. Roberts officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. A graveside service will be held in Evergreen Burial Park, Tuesday, July 27, 10 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. Walter M. Lockett, Jr. officiating.
