Sandford on September 14, 1974 at Lincoln, Lewis and Clark Co., Montana.² Irvin Elmer "Irv" Wright died on September 25, 2013 at Great Falls, Cascade Co., Montana, at age 91.^2,4 He CASCADE—Irvin "Irv" Elmer Wright, 91, a local business owner of Cascade, passed away Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from cancer at Peace Hospice. A funeral service is 10 a.m. Monday, September 30, 2013 at Cascade United Methodist Church in Cascade, Montana. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery in Cascade. Schnider Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Irvin was born on January 6, 1922 in Terre Haute, Indiana to Daniel Conner and Lorena May (McKay) Wright. He served in the Army Air Force from July 22, 1943 to December 17, 1945 as a sergeant. He was stationed at Gore Hill and also served in Brazil. After serving in the Army Air Force, Irv worked at the Anaconda Smelter, Buttrey's Warehouse, and drove for Eidel Ranch for eight years. He married Joan Wightman in May 1943. They had five children together, Richard, Kathleen, Roger, Leonard, and Carole. They later divorced. Irv then married Lori L. Sandford on September 14, 1974 in Lincoln, Montana. They had two children, Misty and Brad. Irv and Lori built and operated Wright Custom Haying and Hauling. He enjoyed working in the field. Irv loved spending time with his family and friends. Irvin is survived by his wife, Lori; children Richard (Beverly) Wright of Cascade, Kathleen Hoebel of Denver, CO, Roger (Tammy) Wright of Cascade, Leonard (Claudio Bezerra) Wright of Fort Lauderdale, FL, Carole (Robert Carlson) Armstrong of Troy, MT, Misty (Michael) Ayers of Cascade, and Brad (Heather) Wright of Choteau; sisters Anna Ruth Long of Terre Haute, IN and Doris Peyer of Indianapolis, IN; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Daniel Conner Wright and Lorena May Wright; and his brother Lloyd Henry Wright. on September 29, 2013.²
