Survivors also include a son, Robert Lay Jr., of Ridgeway; a daughter, Kendra Lay of Kenton; three sisters, Alice M. Hankins of Findlay, Mildred L. Mathewson of Rockford and Donna M. Hayes of Mount Victory; and a brother, Mark R. Lay of Mount Victory. He was preceded in death by an infant son and a brother, Paul Lay. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Ridgeway Church of Christ. The Revs. Leland Quay, Tim Sheares and Harrison Underwood will officiate. Burial will be in Hale Cemetery.
