He worked with Vecellio and Grogan Construction Company and helped build the bridges in the Elkview and Clendenin area on I-79. He was also a carpenter and set mobile homes throughout the State of WV. He is survived by: daughter, Amanda Lee Wagner; sons, Tommy Wayne Smith II and David Smith; brothers, Roger, Ron, Don and Dan Smith; sisters, Mary Hardway and Janette Hardway; grandchildren, Ryan and Jason. Burial will be in Sunset Cemetery Bickmore, WV.2 He married Cathy Ann Grose, daughter of Clifton Cluster Grose and Pauline Ellen Burkhamer.1 Tommy Wayne Smith was born circa 1956.2 He died on May 7, 2018 at Charleston, Kanawha Co., West Virginia.2
