She was the widow of Edward Leon Kelley. She is survived by two daughters, Virginia K. Overstreet of Vinton, Betty Sue Kelley of Roanoke; six sons, Harry L. Kelley of Goodview, Ralph E. Kelley, Robert O. Kelley, Earl L. Kelley, Richard A. Kelley and James M. Kelley, all of Roanoke; fourteen grandchildren; two sisters, Zenna Creasy of Roanoke, Willie Witt of Goodview; and two brothers, Sam Ash of Roanoke, Thomas Ash of Nashville, Tenn. Funeral services will be conducted at the graveside in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park at 10 a.m. Monday, April 12, with the Rev. Charles R. Doyle officiating. Friends may call Oakey's North Chapel after 2 p.m. Sunday. on April 11, 1993.¹

     Betty Sue Kelley was buried at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park, 5070 Cove Road N. W., Roanoke, Virginia.^2,4 She was born on June 7, 1956.⁴ She died on June 30, 2000 at Virginia at age 44.^2,4 She Kelley, Betty Sue, 44, of Roanoke, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2000. She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Leon Kelley and May Inez Kelley. She is survived by brothers and sisters in law, Harry and Charlotte Kelley, Ralph Kelley, Robert and Brenda Kelley, Earl and Cindy Kelley, Richard Kelley, and James and Dena Kelley; sister, Virginia Overstreet; numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, July 3, 2000 at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park with the Rev. Charles Doyle officiating. The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m. on Sunday at Oakey's North Chapel. on July 2, 2000.²

Kelley, 61, of Roanoke, went to be with the Lord Sunday, December 28, 2008, after fighting a long illness. He was preceded by his parents, Edward L. and May Ashe Kelley; and sisters, Betty and Martha Anne Kelley. Surviving are his loving and caring wife, Hazel Kelley; children, George Cline and his wife, Ashley, Bernice Crawford, Angela Cline, all of Roanoke; grandchildren, Stacy Donahue, Leslie Cline, Lexie Cline, all of Roanoke; greatgrandchildren, Ava LaPradde and Elana (Ellie) LaPradde; sister, Virginia Overstreet, Roanoke; brothers, Ralph E. Kelley, Robert O. Kelley and family, Earl L. Kelley and family, Richard A. Kelley and James M. Kelley, all from Roanoke; and a host of other relatives. The family would like to thank Dr. Gaylord, Diane Graybill and Christie for their loving care during this difficult time and also the nurses at R.M.H. 6th floor Mountain side ICU.      Ralph Eugene "Spike" Kelley was buried at Old Dominion Memorial Gardens, 7271 Cloverdale Road, Cloverdale, Botetourt Co., Virginia.² He Kelley, Ralph Eugene "Spike", 66, of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, January 8, 2015. He was predeceased by a brother, Harry Kelley and a sister, Betty Sue Kelley. Surviving family includes a sister, Virginia Overstreet; brothers, Robert Kelley, Richard Kelley, James Kelley and Earl Kelley and several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Old Dominion Memorial Gardens with Rev. Jeff Gardner officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 at Lotz Funeral Home in Vinton.² He was born circa 1949.² He died on January 8, 2015 at Virginia.²

     Nancy C. Plymale was buried at Cedar Hill Cemetery, 1521 South Carpenter Drive, Covington, Alleghany Co., Virginia.¹ She Nancy C. Plymale Craft, of Burkeville, formerly of Covington, passed away on June 16 in Port Orange, FL after a long illness. She was born on September 28, 1939 in Covington to the late George H. and Trusby (Taylor) Plymale. Nancy previously worked for Halmode Apparel, Inc. and Aide’s Department Store. She is preceded in death by her husband, James R. “Bo” Craft, and a sister, Kay Francis Plymale. She is survived by her son, Stephen G. Craft, his wife, Demi Wen-ling Lin, and two grandchildren, William R. Craft and Brittney N. Craft, of Port Orange, two sisters Mary Sue Woodson, of Covington; Barbara Jean Paxton, of Denver, CO., and two brothers George Eugene Plymale, of Tucson, AZ; William “Danny” Plymale, of Lynchburg; and nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends and relatives on Thursday evening from 7:00 PM until 8:30 PM at the Arritt Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery on Friday at 11:00 AM, family and friends may gather at Arritt Funeral Home prior to the service.¹ Her married name was Craft.¹ She married James Richard Craft, son of William Roscoe Craft Sr. and Ethel Mae Kittinger.¹ Nancy C. Plymale was born on September 28, 1939 at Covington, Alleghany Co., Virginia.¹ She died on June 16, 2014 at Port Orange, Volusia Co., Florida, at age 74.¹

     Her married name was Mottley.¹ Iva Evelyn Craft was buried at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens, 5737 Airport Road NW, Roanoke, Virginia.² Her married name was Fields.¹ Her married name was Robertson.¹ She married Johnny Floyd Fields.¹ Iva Evelyn Craft married Paul Kirby Robertson.¹ Iva Evelyn Craft and Paul Kirby Robertson were divorced.^3,4 Iva Evelyn Craft married Unknown Mottley.¹ Iva Evelyn Craft was born on September 14, 1930 at Covington, Alleghany Co., Virginia.^5,1 She died on September 3, 2012 at Virginia at age 81.^1,5 She On Monday, September 3, 2012, Iva E. Fields went home to be with the Lord, 11 days before her 82nd birthday. She was a loving and devoted wife and mother of four, as well as being an accomplished artist. She was an avid gardener, and she greatly enjoyed her rose and vegetable gardens. Iva was born in Covington, the daughter of Withrow and Rodena Craft. She was employed by Eli Lilly and Elizabeth Arden, in Roanoke and Enfield, Connecticut, from 1962 until her retirement in 1992. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Fields, who passed away in 2001, and her former husband, Paul K. Robertson. Also preceding Mrs. Fields in death was her son, William Michael Robertson (2004); and a great-granddaughter, Rebecca Grace Holliday (October 20, 2001 to April 1, 2005). Mrs. Fields is survived by a son, Wayne Mottley and his wife, Pat; a daughter, Shirley Robertson Hawthorne and husband, John, of Bowie, Maryland; and her caregiver and loving daughter, Cathy Robertson Edwards; also, granddaughter, Christi Holliday and her husband, Bobby Holliday along with their children, Robbie, Ben, Hannah and John; step-great granddaughter, Briana; and her best friend, Corliss. She is also survived by her loyal and faithful canine companion, Brandy, who never left her side during her long illness. In addition to her agricultural and artistic accomplishments, Iva was an active participant in the Republican Party, both in Enfield, Connecticut, and in Roanoke. Throughout her life she gave generously of her time, assistance and encouragement to those in need. She will be greatly missed by her family and all those who knew her. Services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, September 6, 2012, at Oakey's North Chapel, with Pastor Brian Clingenpeel officiating.
