She was born in Roanoke, VA on July 30, 1958 and was preceded in death by her truest love, Charles Edward "Eddie" Bush; her parents, Iva and Pete Dudding; her two brothers, Junior and David Dudding; and her second husband, Melvin Shepherd. Linda is survived by her daughter, Deborah Kay Whitcomb (Tim); her grandchildren, Jordan and Alyson Whitcomb; great grandson, Loyal Whitcomb; her sister, Nancy Hall (Darrel); and several nieces and nephews.
