Sharon Ann Ailes Sharon Ann Harden of Ellettsville passed away at IU Health-Bloomington Hospice House on Friday, December 14, 2018 surrounded by her loving family at the age of 70. Born on June 24, 1948 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Mark and Arta Marie (Swoboda) Ailes. Sharon was married to the late Elmer “Leon” Harden on April 24, 1965. Sharon attended college to become a nurse and worked at the Brown County Convalescent Center. She worshiped with her church family at the Cornerstone Christian Fellowship in Bloomington and enjoyed the Evergreen Senior Group meeting for lunch and participating in activities with the group. Sharon loved Bingo and she was an avid collector of anything bear related. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Leon Harden; son, David Harden; daughter, Diana Harden; and sister, Rosemary Wagner. Sharon will be missed by her daughter-in-law, Connie Harden of Ellettsville; grandchildren, Amanda Reynolds and her husband Josh of Bloomington, Tyler Harden and wife Kirsten of Bloomington, Joshua Harden and wife Rachel of Springfield, MO, Delaney Harden of Ellettsville and Dennis Harden of Indianapolis; great-grandchildren, Khloe Harden, Klara Harden, Talya Reynolds, and Karly Harden; sister, Linda Schneider of Florida; brother, Marcus Ailes of Florida and several nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends. Memorial services will be held on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Cornerstone Christian Fellowship located at 2655 South Adams Street in Bloomington with Pastor David Wigington officiating. Inurnment will follow the service at Green Valley Cemetery in Brown County.3 She was buried at Green Valley Cemetery, Nashville, Brown Co., Indiana.3 She was born on June 24, 1948 at Indianapolis, Marion Co., Indiana.3 As of April 24, 1965,her married name was Harden.3 She married Elmer Leon Harden on April 24, 1965 at Martinsville, Morgan Co., Indiana.3,5,4 Sharon Ann Ailes died on December 14, 2018 at Bloomington, Monroe Co., Indiana, at age 70.3

He was born on July 17, 1944 in Indianapolis, Indiana, to the late James Russell and Garnett (Ailes) Chatten. On March 7, 1964 he married Sharon (Shostrand) Russell in Centerton, Indiana at the Centerton Christian Church.
Mr. Russell moved back to Martinsville 8 years ago from New Jersey where he had lived for many years and worked as manager of a mobile home park. He was a US Army veteran, serving during the Vietnam War. During his military career, he was awarded three purple hearts and two bronze stars. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing and meeting with friends to whittle at the park. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends, including his wife of 46 years, Sharon (Shostrand) Russell of Martinsville; son, James (Nina) Russell, Jr. of Wyoming; daughters, Candy (Nick) Bilikopoulous of Las Vegas, Tina (Joe) Rogers and Tammy (Tony) Russell of Martinsville; brother, Phillip Russell of Arkansas; sisters, Amber Fleener of Arkansas and April Long of Tennessee; 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Mitchell Russell.
