Pat was predeceased by his parents and his brothers, Richard and Charles. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Judy; son, Rick; stepchildren, Wendi Jobe, and David Jobe (Paul Englehart); grandchildren, Kevin Flint (Anne Whitney), Adam Flint (Amanda), Brooke Flint, Caitlyn and Lauren Jobe; great-grandchildren, Charlotte, Maggie and Avery Flint; his sister, Sharon; sister-in-law, Joyce; and several nieces and nephews. He is also survived by the most special friends who became forever family, David and Sabrina McKnight, Pearce, Parker and Porter. Pat owned and operated Flints Service Center since 1972 where he made many friends, told many jokes and heard all the local gossip. He loved to hunt, fish and garden and grew enough tomatoes to supply all his customers. He was a big fan of Cheez-Its, hard candy and UVA. He was a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church where he served as an usher and deacon for many years. Special thanks to Jessica Brim, NP, and the staff of MediHome Hospice especially Shannon and Bre for their excellent care of Pat over the last few weeks. on December 28, 2022.4
