Bailey, of Bland, Va; two brothers, Roy Runions, of Melbourne, Fla. and James C. (Doc) Runions, of Pearisburg. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, December 15, 2002 in the First United Methodist Church in Pearisburg at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Charles W. Lockerby and Dr. Fred L. Austin officiating with burial following in the Birchlawn Burial Park in Pearisburg.
