Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Copper Hill Church of the Brethren, with the Rev. Dale Bowman and the Rev. Branan Thompson officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. He was employed for over 30 years for UPS Freight, formerly Overnite Transportation. Services will be held at Copper Hill Church of the Brethren 1 p.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2011. Pastor Shawn Tanner and Pastor Marty Moyer will officiate. Interment will follow in the Copper Hill Cemetery. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Flora Gay Freeman & Samuel Loy Freeman II, of Troutville; grandchildren, Brent Paul Wimmer, of Bardsdale AFB, Louisiana, Alexander Loy Freeman, of Troutville, Andrew Coty Freeman, Austin Tyler Freeman, both of Louisville, KY; three sisters, Elsie Guilliams, of Oriskany, Helen E. Thompson, of Roanoke, and Dorothy Greenway, of Troutville. A graveside service will be held at Sherwood Memorial Park. on April 26, 2009.³
