Surviving are parents; brothers, Scott, Warren and Jennings, all at home; sisters, Terri Lynn and Dedra, both at home; grandparents, Elvin and Daisy Maples of Smithboro; Mildred Carter of West Virginia. on October 11, 1979.5

Mary Lee is survived by her husband, Sam; brother, Carl; children: John, Sheri and Sam; grandkids, Christopher, Bobbie and Nickki, Amanda, Joshua and Travis; as well as many family members and close friends.
