He was born on February 20, 1954 in Oceana, WV, a son of the late Wayne Graham and Tressie Fortner Graham. Steve was a member of the New Life Church and the UMWA. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a brother Franklin Graham; three sisters, Jenny Holcomb, Pamela "Pam" Mae Stacy and Maxine Varney. Survivors include his loving wife of 36 years Peggy Neely Graham of Lynco; a daughter Stephanie Dixon of Lynco; a granddaughter Nikkii Dixon Lively and husband Shane of Huntington; two great granddaughters Araya Sunshine Graham of Lynco and Paislee Fulgham of FL; two sisters Carol Hunter of Man and Hazel Marie Blankenship of Kopperston; a special friend Roger Toler of Lynco; and a host of other loving family and friends. He will be laid to rest in The Neely Family Cemetery, Addair Run Road, Princeton, WV.4 He was born on February 20, 1954 at Oceana, Wyoming Co., West Virginia.4 He married Peggy Sue Neely, daughter of Kenton Neely and Helen Marie Thompson, circa 1979.1,2,3,4 Stephen Lloyd Graham died on January 14, 2015 at Welch, McDowell Co., West Virginia, at age 60.4

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Lewis Bowens and Crattie Lue Bowens; and his paternal grandparents, Cleveland Carter and Sarah Musick Carter.      Wanda Gail Vaughn Wanda Gale Eagle was born on April 4, 1951, to Rheba Lamb and the late Eugene Vaughn in Princeton WV. On December 21, 2017, with her husband and her family by her side, Wanda slipped from her earthly body and conquered victory over ALS. Wanda took on her heavenly body and will spend eternity walking the streets of heaven glorifying her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Wanda left behind a legacy of serving the Lord and teaching children how to be born again through her service as a Sunday School Teacher and Awana Leader and Commander at New Zion Regular Baptist Church for 45+ years. She enjoyed cooking, canning, reading her Bible, sewing and spending time with her grandchildren. Wanda was employed by Kidz @ Hart Childcare Center where she was known as MawMaw to every child she met. Wanda was preceded in death by her father Eugene Vaughn and her step father Aubrey "Buck" Lamb. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband of 49 years, Larry Eagle. Their five daughters, Anita Varner (Kenneth) of Sophia NC, Shawnna Holiday of Princeton WV, Rita Boyd (John) of Princeton WV, Lesley Neal (Kenny) of Bluefield WV, Michele Eagle of Princeton WV; 13 Grandchildren, Kristy, Jeffrey, Peyton, Tyler, Paige, Johnathan, Evan, Samantha, Sadie, Annabeth, Landon, Mason, Emmajean; five Great-Grandchildren; Her mother, Rheba Lamb, three sisters Kay Lester (Conwell), Gloria McCoy, Dena Whittaker (Michael), one Brother Danny Vaughn and several nieces and nephews. Burial will follow at the Neely Family Cemetery on Adairs Run Rd. in Kellysville.2 She was buried at Neely Cemetery, Adair’s Run, Mercer Co., West Virginia.2 She was born on April 4, 1951 at Princeton, Mercer Co., West Virginia.2 As of circa 1968,her married name was Eagle.2 She married Larry Joe Eagle, son of Emory Mason Eagle and Ella Louise Neely, circa 1968.2 Wanda Gail Vaughn died on December 21, 2017 at West Virginia at age 66.2
