Cantlon Associates and was a member of the Central Ohio Dachshund Association. Surviving are her husband, William L. Cox; a son, Steven Walter, 6; a daughter, Wendy, 7; mother, Mrs. Opal Moccabee, Columbus, and brother, John Moccabee, Tampa, Fla. Burial will be made in Africa Cemetery. on July 10, 1979.4

Frank was born Aug. 14, 1969 in Wiesbaden, Germany to Daniel Charles and Cynthia Sue Black. During his childhood, his family lived in several locations around the country due to their father being in the Air Force. They ended up in Northwest Florida where they decided to retire. Frank graduated from Baker High School in 1988, where he was a member of the 1985 Class 1A state football championship. He held several jobs including ones at Walmart, Target, Buffalo Rock, Leroy Hill Coffee and Sara Lee Bread, but his calling was to help people. He decided to go back to school and finished his nursing degree from Northwest Florida State College. He worked in several nursing capacities, settling down with Covenant Hospice in Pensacola. His paternal grandparents and his father Dan preceded Frank in death. His survivors are his 2 daughters, Sara and Samantha, and his son, Alec. Survivors also include his mother, Cynthia; 2 brothers, Brian (Amy) and Eric (Michelle); nieces Ashley, Jessica, Caitlin and Kylie and nephew Nathan; 4 grandchildren, Ally, Brantlee, Hayden and Christopher; 2 uncles, Jeff and Greg (Julie); and cousins Megan and Matt. His family will miss his smile and infectious personality. He was well loved and respected by everyone with whom he interacted.3 He was born on August 14, 1969 at Wiesbaden, Germany.3 He married Stacey Elaine Slaughter on September 4, 1993 at Okaloosa Co., Florida.2 Franklin Robert "Frank" Black died on July 2, 2016 at Florida at age 46.3
