Barnes Jacqueline Renee' Saunders, 37, passed away July 6, 2010 in Chesapeake. Born in Norfolk, she was the daughter of Walter and Joyce Gearheart Barnes and worked for Harris Corporation. Besides her parents she is survived by her husband, Quentin A. Saunders; two daughters, Faylinn and Demi Saunders; a son, Hunter Barnes; step-children, Jacob and Mackenzie; four sisters, Marie Peace (husband Mike), Kimberly Good (husband James), Tammy Strickland (her fiance' Kevin), Nicole Holcombe (her husband Chris), and a sister by heart, Vickie Shatzoff; a special uncle, Jim Gearheart; special friend, Megan Varner; and numerous nieces and nephews that were close to her heart along with aunts, uncles, and a host of other family and special friends. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Norfolk.
