He attended the River of Life Church. He was preceded in death by his father Peyton T. Reece, his maternal and paternal grandparents. Survivors include his children, Lyndsay Nicole Reece and David Lucas "Luke" Reece both of Radford; his mother, Doris S. Reece, Radford; brother, Richard Eugene Reece and Joy, Salt Springs, Fla; two aunts, June Nester, Collierville, Tenn. And Mary Bob Spangler, Dublin; and nephew, Richard Dustin Reece, Savannah, Ga.
