He was born October 21, 1946 in Hartford, Connecticut to the late Eugene Stuart and Louise Daniels Kidd. He was a cook for Alleghany Regional Hospital in Low Moor. He is survived by his wife, Donna Marlene Mann Kidd of Clifton Forge; two daughters, Beverly Ann Kidd of Clifton Forge and Cheryl Brandbrugh; and a son, Tim Kidd. In keeping with his wishes, his body has been cremated. A graveside memorial service will be conducted in Central Advent Christian Cemetery.³ He was born on October 21, 1946 at Hartford, Hartford Co., Connecticut.^1,3 He married Janet Lynn Lazore, daughter of Ellray John Lazore and Billie Jean St. Clair, on November 20, 1978 at Iron Gate, Alleghany Co., Virginia.¹ Thomas Stuart Kidd and Janet Lynn Lazore were divorced on April 16, 2002 at Roanoke, Virginia.² Thomas Stuart Kidd died on January 5, 2020 at Clifton Forge, Alleghany Co., Virginia, at age 73.³

She was a native of Louisville and a retired secretary for Kentucky Commission on Human Rights, and a Catholic by faith. Survivors include her daughter, Thies Simpson; sons, Roger and Damon Simpson; sisters, Rhea Howard and Nina Carter; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. on August 18, 2007.⁴
