Survivors include his wife, Dianne Croft Franklin, of Altoona; sons, Bradley (Lindsey) Franklin and Joseph Franklin, all of Altoona; parents, Leon and Lois Franklin, of Altoona; and brother, David (Rhonda) Franklin, of Altoona. on November 11, 2008.⁴

     Judith Carolyn Maddox was buried at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Riverside, St. Clair Co., Alabama.^2,1 She Mrs. Judith Carolyn Ramsey Durrant, 76, of Pell City, Alabama passed away on April 7, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Tracy Ramsey, Sr; parents, Simon Sam Maddox and Laly Mae Maddox; sons, Charles Tracy Ramsey, Jr. and Darrell Kevin Durrant; brothers, Archie Maddox and Dee Maddox; and a sister, Linda Spann. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Durrant; sons, Jeffery (Pam) Ramsey, Chris Ramsey and Darwin Chris Durrant; daughters, Sandra (Jeff) Justice and Karen (Randall) Booth; grandchildren, Brody White, Trevor Ramsey, Spencer Ramsey, Zack White, Becca Booth, Kaitlyn Bowen, Breann Ramsey, Brandy Booth, Hunter Booth, Hanna Justice, Peyton Justice and Joel Durrant; 8 great- grandchildren; sisters, Lois Garner and and Flodie Rush; and numerous nieces and nephews. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Riverside.¹ She was born on December 13, 1944.² As of August, 1961,her married name was Ramsey.³ She married Charles Tracy Ramsey, son of Lemuel Alfred Ramsey and Ruby Irene Norman, in August, 1961 at Calhoun Co., Alabama.^4,3,1 Judith Carolyn Maddox died on April 7, 2021 at Alabama at age 76.^2,1

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Tracy Ramsey, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Judith Ramsey; parents, Dean and Judy Durrant; sisters, Karen Booth (Randall) and Sandra Justice (Jeffrey); brothers, Jeff Ramsey (Pam) and Chris Ramsey (Linda).
