Rusty is survived by a daughter, Heather Price and boyfriend, Clinton Showalter; grandson, Clifton Hatcher; granddaughter, Bella Joy Showalter; brothers, David and wife, Penny Price, Chip and wife, Debbie Price; stepfather, Henry Witt; several aunts and uncles; numerous nieces and nephews; special friends, Joy Carter and Suzanne Gipson. Rusty was a special friend to all who knew him. Much of his time was spent helping other people.
