Priscilla Ann MacMillian Priscilla A. Ley, June 12, 1949 - February 20, 2021. Priscilla A. Ley, age 71, passed away peacefully on February 20, 2021. Priscilla is survived by her loving husband of 53 years Albert E. Ley; her daughters and their spouses, Shannon and Thomas Loveland and Heather and Jonathan Wolfe; her daughter-in-law, Kimberly Ley; her grandchildren, Brietta, Nicholas, Joshua, Andrew, and Matthew; her brother and sister-in-law, Gene, Jr. and Laura McMillon; and her beloved pets. She was preceded in death by her son, Joseph A. Ley, her granddaughter, Regina and her parents. Born in Wilmington, Priscilla was the daughter of the late Geneva (Connor) and Gene A. McMillion. She graduated from William Penn High School, class of 1967. Priscilla worked for nearly 30 years as the League Secretary at AMF Prices Lanes, now known as Bowlero Wilmington. While she formed many bonds with the league bowlers, her passion was working with the seniors and youth. She was instrumental in working with coaches and officers to set up a college scholarship program for the youth league bowlers. When she was not at work, Priscilla was an avid bingo player. She and her good friend Marion would reach for the big pot in Connecticut and come home with a few extra dollars and a jackpot of memories. Her family was her world, and her favorite activity was spoiling her grandchildren. Watching geese on the waterfront, laughing over a family dinner, or soothing a crying baby would give her the most joy.2 She was born on June 12, 1949 at Wilmington, New Castle Co., Delaware.2 As of circa 1968,her married name was Ley.2 She married Albert E. Ley circa 1968.2 Priscilla Ann MacMillian died on February 20, 2021 at Delaware at age 71.2

Andrew Bernice Clemmons was buried at Woodlawn Memorial Gardens, Norfolk, Virginia.1,3 He Andrew Bernice Clemmons, 92, of the 100 block of Stuart Ave., died Friday, May 15, 1998, at Autumn Care Nursing Center. Mr. Clemmons was born in Brunswick County on March 27, 1906, and was the son of the late Alfred W. and Virginia O. Clemmons. He retired from the Norfolk Naval Shipyard in Portsmouth after 30 years and was a Coast Guard veteran. He was a former resident of the Tidewater area for 60 years. Mr. Clemmons was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church, Bolivia, N.C., and a former member of Kempsville Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Geneva Clemmons; two sons, Milton H. Clemmons and wife, Susan, of Virginia Beach, John Wright ''Jack'' Clemmons and wife, Joan, of Waynesboro, Pa; two stepchildren, Priscilla Ley and husband, Al, of Wilmington, Del., and Gene McMillion and wife, Lora, of Greenville, S.C; a brother, Junious Clemmons and wife, Louise, of Summerfield, Fla; five grandchildren; three stepgrandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
