Born January 3, 1953, in Fayetteville, he was the proud son of Joan K. Todd of Beckley. A 1971 graduate of Fayetteville High School, he was Director of Maintenance at Raleigh Center of Daniels. He was the 2002 Regional Maintenance Director of the year for Genesis Healthcare the parent company of Raleigh Center. Mr. Wheeler served in the United States Air Force in the Viet Nam War and was honorably discharged. Loving survivors include his mother, Joan K. Todd, of Beckley; sisters Sharon K. Johnson of Beckley, Lynn Mauritz and husband Frank of Oak Hill, Tammy Jo Painter and husband Tolbert of Sissonville; and brother Charles W. Wheeler and wife Carla of Knoxville, Tennessee; and several devoted nieces and nephews. Burial and graveside service will follow at High Lawn Memorial Park in Oak Hill with military graveside rites by VFW Post 3110. Miss Wheeler was a recent graduate of Beckley Beauty Academy and attended Greater Beckley Christian Schools where she served as the 1994 “Miss Crusader” Homecoming Queen, and was a member of the Beckley Church of God. Other survivors include her son, Aaron Marshall Wheeler at home; a brother, Michael Andrew Wheeler at home; maternal grandparents, Rev. W. N. and Carrie L. Collier of Knoxville, Tenn; paternal grandparent, Joan K. Todd of Beckley; maternal great-grandparents, the Rev. and Mrs. E. E. Winters Sr. of Cincinnati, Ohio and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park, Beckley. on August 6, 1996.¹

Epperly and Emma M. Burnside.¹ Beulah Lois Kincaid was born on June 20, 1926 at Page, Fayette Co., West Virginia.^3,5 She died on July 30, 2004 at West Virginia at age 78.^2,5

She will always be remembered as a loving mom, wife, grandmother, sister, daughter and aunt that always put the needs and wants of others before her own.
