Born January 25, 1958 in Pittsylvania County he was a son of the late Bryant Jennings Fielder and Missie June Adkins Fielder. He was predeceased by a brother, Allen Fielder. Mr. Fielder was a member of Open Bible Baptist Church and was a truck driver. He loved serving the Lord by giving gospel brochures to people. He is survived by his wife, Diana Bentley Fielder of the residence; two stepdaughters, Danna Becker and Jessica Williams; five brothers, Darrell Adkins of Reidsville, NC, Harry “Butch” Fielder and his wife, Gaye of Martinsville, Forrest “Frosty” Fielder of Keeling, Brock Fielder and his wife, Tammy of Gretna and Joel “Bo” Fielder of Tappahannock; one sister, Anna Marie Thompson of Pittsville; eight grandchildren, James Stewart, Joshua Easton-Williams, D’Angel Easton-Williams, Abigail Easton-Williams, Noah Easton-Williams, Kaira Becker, Morgan Becker and Eli Becker; and three nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at Round Pond Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Haskins was born in Pittsylvania County and would have been a seventh grader Edwin A. Gibson School. He attended the Trinity Church God.
