It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of David Carl Samples (Jackson, Ohio), born in Vine Grove, Kentucky, who passed away on October 14, 2018, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Samples (Barlow); his daughter Tara Ellis (Clay) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; his sisters, Elaine Jones (Jerry) of Vine Grove, Christy Boeglen (Ken) of Radcliff, Julie Ford (Chris) of Radcliff and Rebekah Thompson (Ricky) of Vine Grove, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Keaton, Ava and Kyle Ellis; and his father-in-law Paul Barlow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and a host of special friends.² He married Melissa J. Barlow.^1,2 David Carl Samples married Cynthia W. Frans.³ David Carl Samples was born on February 2, 1965 at Vine Grove, Hardin Co., Kentucky.² He and Cynthia W. Frans were divorced in 2003 at Kentucky.³ David Carl Samples died on October 14, 2018 at Ohio at age 53.²
