She was a member of the Carr Memorial United Methodist Church at Glenwood Park, was the President of the United Methodist Women and was a member of the Willing Worker Circle. She was a former Sunday school teacher for the nursery, was a member of the Chancel Choir and was serving on the Administrative Board of the Church. Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Wagner of Charlotte, N.C., and Cathy Bailey of Bluefield, threeee grandchildren, Ricky Bailey, Devin Bailey, and Hannah Bailey; one sister, Ann Blevins and husband Robert of Princeton; and three brothers, Ronald T. Neely and wife Lyn of Memphis, Tenn., Harold Ray Neely and wife, Marlene, and Charles W. Neely; and sister-in-law and special friend Rene Neely, all of Princeton. Born April 18, 1945, in Princeton, he was the son of Gladys Katherine Bailey Wagner of Princeton and the late James Paul Wagner, Sr. He was a 32 year employee of the Mercer County Board of Education. He was of the Methodist Faith. Survivors, other than his mother; wife, Linda Catherine Neely Wagner of Princeton; one daughter, Patricia Wagner of Princeton; one step-daughter, Cathy Bailey and her husband Kevin of Princeton; and three grandchildren, Ricky Bailey, Devin Bailey and Hannah Bailey.
